My Philosophy

Jennifer D. Gilligan, owner of Cove Aesthetics and Care is a Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years experience in critical, home, and wound care. In her newest venture, she has more than 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.

Jennifer obtained her Medical Aesthetics Certifications in 2014 from the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts. She is certified as an Advanced Botox, Filler, and biostimulator Injector, as well as certifications in Platelet Rich Plasma, Collagen Induction, IV Vitamin therapy. After getting certified herself, she also became an instructor at the Aesthetic Institute.

Jennifer completed advanced micro-cannula training and cadaver study with Don Rainone, MD. Training with Dr. Rainone encompassed utilizing the application of his signature CK Lift.™ The CK Lift™ is used to achieve contoured cheeks and jawline rejuvenation with Juvéderm & Restylane dermal fillers. Jennifer also completed 8 hours of Dr. Rainone's human cadaver lab, which focuses on anatomy and safety with an intensive hands-on study of the human face. Jennifer's goal as a skilled Medical Aesthetician is to capture, enhance, and revitalize your natural beauty so you can feel better and more confident about yourself. Achieving the best version of yourself does not need to be drastic and overdone. 

A firm believer in continuous learning and expanding knowledge, Jennifer obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in May 2024 and became a certified Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-BC) in December 2024. She is a nurse first, focusing on evidence-based practice, high standards, and wellness for all her clients. She is happy you are here!
